#33 Hydrogen HHO Zero Cell 1st MILEAGE TESTS!! 2007/08/31

The percentage improvement I reported in this video was an anonymily based on one tankful. In reality the average MPG didn’t change all that much WITH THE CELL PRODUCING GAS AT FULL ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE.

But, please don’t let this discourage you. Current experiments producing HHO under vacuum are showing incredible promise. Keep watching and see. This is really getting good now.

First mileage test results are in. 20% increase with no other mods!!! When test started three weeks ago, current @13.8v was ~15A. When measured today it was 6.4A, meaning the electrolyte concentration was depleated over time. Added exactly 2 grams NaOH to restore 15A @ 13.8V.

I need to be honest here. The percentage improvement I reported in this video was an anonymily based on one tankful. In reality the average MPG didn’t change all that much WITH THE CELL PRODUCING GAS AT FULL ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE.

    hey
honda are the best mine has a million miles on it still runs like a trooper HONDA THE POWER OF DREAMS

The day my fellow Americans want to compete on equal footing like this, the day labor unions release their stranglehold on the enterprise, THEN I will buy it again. But I will NOT be made a sucker just because it’s made here.

I have owned 4 American cars from 3 different makers. They all gave me MAJOR grief costing thousands. Cost of ownership was too high. I have since owned nothing but Mazda, Nissan, Toyota and Honda. I sold my ’73 RX7 with 251,000 miles still running like a champ. My Honda has 263,000 miles on it now. I bought it for cheap with 210,000. Show me ANY American made car with that kind of reliability. You won’t because you can’t.

Boo at the Honda, get a real car like a Camaro….

Might wanna lean out your engine, though, and have access to a dyno so you know how much power you’re outputting with and without mods.

Could a tuneup making the engine running at its most effecient increase your 20% improvement in mileage?

Saw somethnig like this at water4gas, where they saw even more mileage.

    Great work!

Good job man!.. i have a tip for you.. google : water4gas dot com and see the pictures on the hydrogen system. Another interesting site is Biosmeanslife dot com – see the “eco tube” a fuel pre-heating tube that is mounted in the radiator hose…maybe you can save more fuel. Good luck!

This is great stuff. I’ve also been thinking of how to enable a vehicle to produce and burn HHO. Have you ever thought of using a vacuum control flow regulator to deliver the HHO to the throttle body? Would this enable you to run the engine strictly off hydrogen? VCFRs are used to convert small engines over to burn propane. I think they’re also used in propane-burning forklifts. Using a venturi in the air intake is a great idea.

Thank you. The present builds are straight brute force DC. The next build I’m preparing parts for now is going to be pulsed through a VIC in similar style to Boyce but using a doubled up version of my tall Zero-cell plate config. Should make for interesting video.

great test you have prooved my friend , i have also had a set up on that canstar that was from wallmart, works great , have a question , how is the set up for the bubbler on your setup?and do you a check vale on you setup , were did you get that from ?
    thank you

You want me to shoot with a better camera? No problem! Donate enough to cover the cost and I will glady go out and buy one, JUST FOR YOU. zerofossilfuel dot angelfire dot com

Luv your show ZFF. But, I have to say GET A BETTER CAMERA! Its so blurry it hurts my eyes. lol. Borrow one if you cant afford it. Keep up the good work, you are helping all of us.

  13. ZeroFossilFuel says:

It’s a check valve I picked up at Parts America with two inlets, one outlet. One inlet is plugged. When my cell cools the valve remains closed and forms a vacuum preventing bubbler fluid from reentering the cell.

  14. hydrogenassist says:

What kind of one way check valve are you using?. In my unit I”m using a usplastics check valve totally worthless for vacuum. The reason I ask is the water from the bubbler in my unit was being drawn back into the generator. If in your unit is is doing the same and you have regular water in your bubbler well there is your weak electroltye.

allianceofsteel, when water gets vaporized, electrolyte will also be carried out by vapor. I think. Can you show the formula of how the hydroxide is used up in the electrolysis process? thanks

  16. allianceofsteel says:

the electrolyte is being used up because its a hydroxide, some of your hydrogen production is the breakdown of electrolyte, it’s why i use sodium bicarbonate, nothing but hydrogen from water, concentration of electrolyte never changes…..

  17. ZeroFossilFuel says:

The tank holds almost exactly 1.5 litres. My electrolyte concentration for this plate arrangement was very weak, only 2 grams per 1.5 litres. it was operating at 3.49v/cell, much too high to be efficient. Reconfigured the electrolyzer last night for 1.97v/cell (PnnnnnnMnnnnnnP). Now takes 56 grams NaOH per 1.5 litres to draw 15A @13.8V. Eff is 2.93ml/min/W. I expect it to rise as the plates break in with the new config.

  18. Casper886 says:

ZFF, if you are losing the electrolyte, it is going into your engine. Watch out the corrosion inside the engine. How much electrolyte you put in each liter of water?
