Buy your stainless steel by the pound from a place that buys scrap Iron and metal they usually have bins of stainless steel 304 and 316 sheets from 20 gauge to 16 gauge, plus stainless tubes tubes,Restaurant ware, other bins of aluminum, copper and stuff like that. I buy all I can haul off I usually spend about $100.00 to $150.00 I catch it at 0.58 cents a pound at present prices, then I take and cut it to plates or have it cut for me. But thats were to go to save money big time.

hi mate, good work. how to you get neutral? is it a plate with no wires attached? sorry if i seem thick but i’m new to this field. thanks mate

Hello nemo…Where did you install your output line from the generator on your ford escape? Me and a few other guys have escapes and were trying to figure out the best possible location…Also have you tried to hook into any vacuum lines if so make a vid and show us where pls :)…Keep up the good work awesome looking cell..

Stainless wire is highly resistive, producing large amounts of heat. Plastic casings do not appeal to me. I have tried them and I prefer stainless steel. The copper wire works like a dream 🙂 As long as it is isolated (mine has been in my car like this for 7 months) there is no problem.

to reduce the amps and lower temperature, you can replace some plus and minus plates with more neutral plates. i would also replace those copper wires with ss wires, or cut some plates with some longer extensions. or maybe you already did it by now… how about cpvc for container? my2cents

I don’t know of any that have good free plans. You can check out my “how to assemble” videos. They may help.

now neutral plates they touch nothing right, neg/ pos have what they want neg/pos,, did 4 plates neg /pos working great want to expand, well neutral touching nothing what benefit does it have or touching bad circuit

Without steam (hot cell) I went from 33MPG to 42MPG average. With steam I get 48MPG average. These are actual numbers recorded over 7 monthes of trials. NOT just looking at a scan tool/scangage to see MPG (that doesn’t give factual actual data). In fact, the steam does so well, I am currently constructing a steam injector for my vehicle.

  9. OriginalUncleNemo says:

In my 9 months of trials, my best mileage occurs with steam. Eliminate steam and eliminate great MPG. The 700ml/min is just an estimate and it was only pulling ~15 amps. If you conduct an independent study on steam, you quickly realize why total saturation units are so much better than those with a bubbler……at least that’s what I have found.

well cells differ alot on temps , if its getting too hot it could produce steam which is bad , and 700 ml/min ?? looks like alot more hmmmm

  11. OriginalUncleNemo says:

The temp goes up, just like any other cell. The production is ~ 700ml/min at 15 amps. I plan to rip this apart and work on it again.

  12. CraigBMM says:

couple questions , what temp does it reach running for 10 mins or so

also have you checked the HHO output? looks like around 1.2 LPM to me .. kickin .. good one

Where did you get the wire, it sounds good. Maximum conductivity = less heat and that is what I want.
