HHO Generator or Joe Cell construction

How our HHO reactor is built.
How to make an HHO reactor or Joe Cell. Increase your Gas mileage.
HHO browns gas hydrogen free energy. Our reactor has 19 stainless steel washers for plates. They are wired + – + – + etc with no neutral plates. The washers have 1/2 inch aquarium air tubing running through their holes to maintain their spacing. We are using baking soda as an electrolyte adding about a spoon full to the water in the reactor.

New reactor core and good results.
A practical demonstration of brute force electrolysis to produce HHO or Browns gas an extremely flammable gas which can be used to run internal combustion engines like the ones in cars.

I have a similar setup that works qite well. If you want to simplify things slightly, I used nylon threaded rod to hold the washers together. I also used nylon washers to seperate the stainless washers. . . Good Luck

Current “jumping” from plate to plate is what seperates the water into hydrogen and oxygen. Since my overheating issue doesnt exist I am not trying to solve it.

Neutral plates may reduce production, but will increase efficiency. 13.8 volt you need 4 or 5 neutrals per plate gap to reduce voltage down to 2.8 or 2.3 volts per plate gap. This will reduce amp draw as well as overheating issues. Also, encase the plate edges to reduce current leakage to prevent current from simply jumping over the neutrals.

I build the same setup…except I could weld the wires. Instead, I put the wire inbetween the plates, such that the plates are positive positve negative negative. Anyways, I didnt get as much hho production as in the video. Did you saturate the cell with electrolyte? I used 25 plates. I thought it would have the same effect…but I was wrong.

Is there any alternative to welding.

I’m about to buy 5 different sets of plans, and combine the best from each, with my own ideas, before I start my HHO shop here in town.

I want to give people the best MPG increase as possible.

how many amps does it consume? how many cps? what percentage increase does it give to mpg?
Haven’t built a generator yet, been researching for the last 4 months to find the best solution, yours look promising.

I got this setup today. Its pretty bad ass. Not completely done yet but it is a very smart idea. Lots of hydro no rusto nasto crapo. Runs off plain water also. Pulls less then my galvanized waste of time and money. Sautering is a biatch though.

vinny2punt0 the last washer is also a positive so it deoesn’t have a negative buddy with it. Just so you know 🙂 Actually my question is what are you using to space the washers out so they don’t touch?
