The BMW Hydrogen 7 represents the first vehicle to use water as fuel in a production car.
It is billed as the first performance luxury sedan that includes BMW’s hydrogen drive. It will burn hydrogen from the largest element on earth – WATER!

The best part is that the only by-product is water vapor.
The infrastructure for fueling is not available yet so the Hydrogen 7’s 12 cylinder 260 HP engine will also run on gasoline.

This is the best concrete example that the general technology is not only available but is in use today!
