The trick is the nozzle hole diameter.
The hole diameter is 0.5mm (.020″ 20 thous)
a must,use steel wool for flash back arrestor.
The fire is small, no light and not visible,
how is there enough pressure to keep a constant flame? is that czardas in the background? lol
potassium hydroxide works well, that’s what all the big torch companies use.

but using 350 amp 12vdc? what happens? works better?

Please elaborate… are you using a Lawton circuit? Have you conditioned your tubes? What is the hydroxy gas output at the operating conditions of your van.
my philosophy is to use tap or distill water,
cell respond to 2.0amp 12v, In order to build up the pressure to make flame i add some KOH (potassium hydroxide) to bring up the current to 7 amp. This flat plate cell surface area is approx. 70 sq.inches that consume 2 amp on tap water & work out to 1 sq. inch =.03amp. Actually the water is brown color, Looks red color due2wire in front. My test results shown that flat plate hydrogen production is lesser than tube setup.

Do you think we belive that you are only consuming 100w for that output with brute force DC?
So how many litres per minute does it produce at 12 volts and 8 amps?
