I just tried your winter electrolyte solution with the 3% concentrated Hydrogen Peroxide, and it´s just fantastic!!! Thank you SO MUCH for helping me out. If I was the king of Sweden I would easily give you the Nobel Prize, no doubt about it. Again, THANK YOU SO MUCH.

sodium hydroxide in the concentrations used with hydroxy cells is minimal.

I use 2 teaspoons of NaOH w/ 2 liters of distilled water. I run my booster 11.3V, about 16 amps when cold (20 amps when cell is warm). Never a problem w/ burns, clothing, etc. IOW its a small amount; so if u use baking soda fine, but dont make it sound like naoh is the plague.

The cool thing is that our cells can use a variety of additives.

    Keep up the good work.

    🙂

2/2 Microscopic metallic particles flow from the positive plate(s) to the negative plate(s) this is a basic fact in every electrolytic process. some of these particles are dangerous and can cause cancer. See this youtube video for more info:
Myth or Truth, is Hexavalent Chromium in the Electrolyte

so Wear rubber gloves and dispose used electrolyte properly (dont flush it down the drain) and you’ll be safe

1/2 Hi, I watched your video and saw that you are trying to use non toxic and environmental friendly stuff to make the electrolyte for your cell. But did You Know that even with non toxic ingredients in the electrolyte, your making Hexavalent Chromium in the Electrolyses process. The hexavalent chromium comes from the metal in the cell plates.

I got the brown substance you mentioned when I used salt, and never with baking soda. In fact, the plates I used with salt had the brown gunk on it. When I switched to baking soda, it cleaned it right off.

So let me tell you my problem. After I installed my fuel cell just like you recommended. I am getting LESS gas mileage. What am I doing wrong? I do get hho when tested in a cup of water. But when plugged into car I get Less? Please help!

    Try this mix…
    3 tablespoons baking soda
    2 oz white vinegar
    3 cups rain water
    1 cup Rubbing Alcohol
    2 caps Hydrogen Peroxide
although this is a winter mix, it does produce good amounts of gas.

I dont understand. Is it CUPS or CAPS for the alcohol?? Sumbich says caps and RickM1953 says caps and cups in both of his posts. Can someone please clarify and give the correct mix? Thank You.

Haven’t heard from you for a while Sm0ky. We like all your pointers and detailed explanations; very helpful. How are your Saturn and Escort doing? Any news on mileage improvements? Hope to hear from you soon.

    The actual ingredients are:

    2 Tablespoons Baking Soda
4 oz Distilled White Vinegar (a shot glass = 2 oz)
    2-3 Cups of Distilled Water
    3 Caps Hydrogen Peroxide
    3 Caps Rubbing Alcohol

–I’ve used this mix for mine, and it works great!!!!! Thanks sm0ky!!!!!

your solution mixture, do you mix with distilled water or vinegar after you cook it up or is this what you put in the generator by itself.

  12. rodda49 says:

G’day Smoky. thanks for all your technical stuff. Do you use the winter solution as is or do you use it as a base [or concentrate] and dilute it down? Is there a problem with the solution continuing to gas when the motor is turned off thus filling the manifold with an over supply of HHO?
