HHo fuel cell explosion

Ran this HHO fuel cell on 12 volt -worked well. Ran at 150volt & cell drew more current than internal connections could handle. Wires got red hot & ignited HHO gas. Now we use larger gauge wires, fill HHO cell to the top(less HHO gas inside cell)install a pressure release valve & any new test is done with open top fuel cell(HHO will dilute into air-harmlessly).
We learn from our mistakes.

don’t use a plastic or pvc container. Design your cell so that the plates or tubes are the connection. I use a center electrode threaded through plastic end caps machined to fit the electrode and insulate it as well as sealing to the outer tube with an o-ring seal. There are plate designs that use gaskets with the positive plate in the center and the end plates are ground. This is a good design that will not arc. A good design will never have connections inside.

hey…i’m working on an HHO generator using 4in. PVC pipe….which is obviously plastic. how is a plastic container going to fail if my leads are on the outside??

an implosion cannot drive an engine because it has got not so much power as explosion. implosion occurs only if there is not air in it, just hho and nothing else and it is not needed for an engine

I bought a F-16 Pulse King on eBay.
    My HHO production went nuts.
I dont know why but my engine is so quit I cant hear the engine

Good video. Lesson learned: 1)NEVER use a cell with connections inside the cell! ANY connection inside a cell will fail over time and it WILL EXPLODE. 2) Never operate a TEST CELL inside your house. I hope you figure out a way to get your connections outside your container without overheating your leads and causing a flash. My cells are made to last a lifetime and NEVER flash. ANY plastic container will fail as will connections inside the container, just a reminder.

I was waitin for someone to blow themselves up with one of these,. I’m semi disappointed, no body parts

Glad to see some sense,a vid on you tube that explains all about how to run a 4 stroke engine on hho,you have to mturn it into a 2 stroke so ik can run on implosion and not exp.
    I thought it was bollocks.
    I am a coded pipe welder,and have become very interested in HHO,Tesla,Geet lately.And i use elec every day.Slowly i am understading,Maybe,High frequency,AC,on pulse
I am currently starting to build set up combining the tech from Tesla and HHO when i get further will put it on here.

if your theory of implosion is valid you’d have to time your motor to bottom dead center to run it on vacuum. luckily your wrong and talk from the sidelines.

  9. strapped9 says:

the comment i left calling you a moron is gone so ill start new. moron. theres no implosion and thats bs that you jump on the disinfo bandwagon. turning hho back to water is shrinking the volume but…. with a spark it expands with the heat thats created. i need an education before posting correct info?? education says a bee cant fly. whos the moron. consider what heat does to everything and just how you’d get that steam you suggested. then check out some vids of motors running on hho.

Thanks for comment milacute04-this cell was setup for 12 volts & when we connected 150 volts to it-the excessive current melted the internal wires & a short occured which ignited the gas.

Thanks for comment fredrik999z- we were on our 1st beer so we were not drunk at the time.
we are being a lot more carefull with hho.

  12. RonL2524 says:

thanks for comment alfabravo-we had too much current going through too small a gauge of conductors-u are correct-the wires melted , shorted inside the cell and ignited the gas-we have moved onto safer and better designs-thanks for the interest.

  13. alfabrovo says:

Pure hho is ignited it implodes but when you mix hho with air it becomes very explosive. When you start your generator you get air mixing with hho. You probably had a spark or a hot wire in the main chamber. I know this from experience.

Too much juice dudes! You need to release the pressure somehow or have a pressure switch. Still was funny considering no one got hurt.

Are you guys drunk? There is beer bottles on the table! Be careful with hydrogen, it explodes. 🙂

  16. tfish0 says:

lesson learned? how do you spell hydrogen? K.A.B.O.O.M. knowing all bout others obvious mistakes….untill it happens to YOU!

abeloasis -that container was a drink dispencer from canadian tire-this was an early effort-we now use safer equipment-thanks for question
