In addition, there should be no wires or soldering, or twist connectors inside the fuel cell. This on-board production usually uses no storage tank. Check many You-Tube–entries. You will see better and better designs as you search.

Fuel cells utilize platinum as a catalyzer, the protons (hydrogen ions, H+) is carried by a special polymer.

this is not a fuel cell this is like a Joe cell a fuel cell turns hydrogen into electricity by bonding it to oxygen and catching the electrons during the process you could modify it to make hydrogen for a fuel cell

please shed some light on catch back fire switch (how to make it) or is it available from market ? i want safety first thn to use this system in my car.

you will put the hydro that comes off this in another container called a bubbler toward the bottom (it being filled with water) so the true gas comes bubbling up to the top of the bubbler, collect it and run it in to your carb or throttle body it will mix with your reg fuel lean your car out to gain mpg. So far ive only produced hydrogen from the cell to the bubbler. which be real carful not to play with it because it is very explosive.. Hope this helps..

Just Replace the dot with .

This works I use it on BOTH my cars and i’m not paying a dime for gas. 100% LEGAL too!

i m still confussed , please guide me , will we use this charged water as fuel OR will collect the emitted hydrogen in a tank and thn will use that GAS as fuel in car etc ?

In your video, you call this a hydrogen fuel cell. This is a five plate, single cell, electrolysis unit. A hydrogen fuel cell uses platinum (Permeable to protons and not electrons) to recombine hydrogen and oxygen to create an electric current. It is, in fact, the opposite of what you are doing here. By the way, I have found that it is very hard to get any increased mpg or horsepower when supplementing less than 1.5 liters per minute. I don’t think you are quite there yet, but keep trying.

Don’t use salts or saline or SEASALT, you will create hazardous fumes in the sodium choride gas range. Only use Baking soda, or plain water.

I read somewhere 1L of water = 1600 cubic liters of HHO gas. I think it was while I was searching up browns gas.

You can make a lot of hydrogen gas from water. 1 liter = 1000ml correct? Anyways water has a weight of 1 gram per ml of water. So there would be 1000grams of water. The molar mass of water is 18grams per mol. 1 mol of any sort of gas equals 22.4 liters of gas. So with some easy math 1 liter of water equals 138 liters of hydrogen gas (hydrogen in H2O takes up 2/18 of the weight of it). So if your running 1 liter per minute of hydrogen, 1 liter of water will last over 2 hours.

how many amps does this unit draw? Are you in anyway restricting the amp flow and stepping up the voltage? Just curious cuz someone mentioned a heat issue.

Have you tried just stainless as the anode/cathode or have you tried other metals, or a combination of metals?

Thanks Zane963, I would love to install this for you. Im selling a cell thats way better then this old one you see in the video.
Its on ebay Item number: 150255485073
    My user name is Linkitout
If your the winning bidder I will help install this unit for you. Just buy me a beer. ;o)
    Thanks.

How much to make and install one in my vehicle? I’ll pay. Let me know. You could make big bucks doing this.

Please check out my other videos.
I am up to 12 plate cells that run great in the car.
It heats the water but keep producing great. Please creates quite a nice MPG boost.

Separating hydrogen and oxygen from water is nothing new, getting more energy from it than you put into it is the problem, which no video I’ve seen so far even addresses.

  18. pipinki says:

good one! but electrolysis is cool too…it’s definitely a great way to make fuel FOR a fuel cell

  19. gregscottmaher says:

My son and I did this type of thing for his 6th grade Science project. We live near the west coast… so I went to the ocean and got a gallon of sea water. holly crap! It produced sooo much gas it was scary… it oxidized (rusted)the plates and started to smoke the wires. What a difference over tap water. By the way this is not a Fuel Cell its an electrolizer. the opposite of a Fuel Cell nice vid nontheless.!!
