Dashboard – HHO Generator Part 2

http://www.hho4free.com

Generator is in a 4 inch container, made from 304 stainless steel. Three ss tubes inside, 12 inches tall, Negative Cathode in the middle, Neutral, Positive Anode. The is mounted on the outside so I can Demonstrate it to the public. It turns heads. I welded a trailer hitch mounting bar to the front tow hook and put the cell on it. I am using a PWM for pulsed DC – so I had to isolate the PWM 12 volt Motor Negative from the chassis ground.

The electrical parts I describe in the video are the same parts listed in my video on Electrical Parts. Visit my website, hho4free, to learn more about the parts and where to obtain them.

The cell is very safe. I do not use a bubbler, by design. There are 4 inches of free space above the water to handle foam, if there is any. As you can see in the video, there is no foam. The tubes are Magnetically Aligned. That propels the HHO to the surface and out the hose. Since the HHO is fed into the Intake Manifold, the motor pistons suck the HHO from the cell – creating 30 pounds of vacuum. I use a brass valve to adjust the vacuum down to 15 pounds PSI.

The cell produces 1 to 2 liters of HHO per minute; depending on the PWM adjustment – which I monitor and change from the dash board.

Using HHO as an additive to assist with the burning of the gasoline, the 1994 GEO Tracker gets 35 MPG. Without the HHO, it gets 24 MPG. That is a 45.84% increase.

Rpms make the motor work harder, or are you referring to takeoff? I have always admired your work and construction.

Taller tires make the motor work harder. Been there done that. I built my house out of bricks – so to speak. I have ignited my cell several times. It only blows the hose off the lid and shakes the front end. Hows that for construction?

Glad to see another video. Its odd you get a little worse fuel economy highway than in town. Must be due to the gear ratio. I dont know if you would want to do this but if you installed taller tires on your truck it would help. Not wider the same width, but with a taller aspect ratio. Although, they would throw off your speedo…

I have some videos demonstrating a safety relief valve I built. I’d hate for that lid to get blown off and KOH splattered all over the paint job. 🙂

Thanks for both pt1&2,well presented and explained…TA! ps are you running a marine alternator?
    Cheers Bill

    Very nice rig daddyo,

I just built a smack booster and the next step is installing it (even tho I know nothing about that). Thanks for the vid & inspiration.

    Keep up the good work.

I am invious of the Metro – 3 banger. Would love to have one. If you can run an airconditioner, you can run a cell.

THAT IS ONE AWESOME RIG! Thats cool how much adjustability you have in the cabin. I’d be happy just getting a setup to pump the hydrogen into the engine heh. Keep up the good work brother!

The idea, is for you to do your own thing. I demonstrate my cell, so it is perfect where it is. The purpose of installing a circuit breaker is to turn the cell off if a short of any kind does occur.

Ive admired your work for quite a while, and have been inspired to build a tubular cell of my own. Im not so sure about the mounting location for your cell…both bumpers on my van have been hit by people trying to park, and I beleive your positive is hooked up to the outside…just seems like a good idea to protect it a little, maybe even just a brushguard, a vehicle with a metal bumper hitting your cell might not be pretty.

I do not keep track of the money spent. Individual components are not expensive, but together they add up. There are additives on the market that will help you burn your fuel more efficiently. Visit my website and learn about a few of them.

How much did this cost you roughly? I want to put an hho system on my car, but i have high mileage, 230,657 on the car. I’m not sure if i want to invest too much if you know what im saying. Thanks.

You are so smart! Now why didn’t I think of that? Or did I. Gee, 18 months on the same fuse. I must be doing something right. It’s nice to have rubber bumpers and plastic grills.

  14. fritz31847 says:

with your cell mounted outside the car,,,, if the cell is running(energized) & if you short the cell container to ground, will it blow the fuse?

  15. daddyo44907 says:

The more RPMs, the smaller the HHO bites are per cylinder. That is why our MPG decreases. We need to make more HHO at higher RPMs.

I get 39mpg City with my Geo Metro, But it revvs quite high for highway driving, Kinda has to with a 50 HP engine. Id need more amps if I wanted to do a HHO conversion and benefit from it. It’ll get 50mpg Highway at the moment. Really makes me wonder…

Rust out faster? Not a bit. Water has always been part of your exhaust. Manufacturers know it; that is why they use cheap metal – that will rust. They sell more exhaust systems that way.

  18. randyrkaraoke says:

I really want this for my car, a 1995 chevy corsica. However, the biggest thing I’ve heard about the hho gas thing is the apparent rust acceleration in the exhaust. Will adding hho gas make the exhaust or muffler rust out faster?

  19. demios99 says:

Yea, I just read on your web page all about Krupa and zero resistance cables, and can tell you that I agree totally with the whole concept of plasma sparks. ZeroFossilFuel experiments with this ideas, look at his videos, if you already haven’t. He’s trying to use ordinary spark plug with different current frequency. Interesting approaches, there. Best of luck!

  20. daddyo44907 says:

Hi demios, a strong vacuum does infact pull more vapor from the cell. But that is a good advantage. That vapor can assist the fuel burn. Water misted across a plasma spark, will burn.

  21. daddyo44907 says:

Your idea will probably screw up the magnatic field that is used to assist the HHO escape. Hydrogen is positive. It will be repelled by your battery positive. Care has been taken to balance the field. In addition, My alternator is doing a fine job of charging my battery. I fail to see your point.
