I think you will find that you are not actually getting 22A into that cell. The reason is because of the type of power supply you are using. Most computer power supply ratings are only valid when both rails are in use. i.e you have to be pulling at least X amps on 12v to be able to get 22A on the 5v rail. SOME PC power supplies do have independent rails but i doubt a dell one would.

Excellent production! I like the bolt down the tube arrangement. Are the bolts negative? You have more surface area with the tubes so I’m thinking those are positive.
